Erica joined Community Care Partners in 2020 as chief financial officer and was promoted to president in 2022, a position in which she oversees CCP’s operations. Prior to joining Community Care Partners, Erica worked for Keystone Capital, a Chicago-based, middle-market private equity firm, supporting both platform acquisition activities and portfolio operations. She also previously worked for Lincoln International, a middle-market investment bank, supporting sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa in accounting and finance.
Erica resides in Eugene, Ore., and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter exploring Oregon’s food, wine and nature.
