Soni joined community care partners in 2022. As Vice President of Regional Operations, she oversees field operations of all clinics, successfully operationalizing new company strategies while maintaining cultural compatibility amongst various brands.
Prior to joining Community Care Partners, she served as the regional vice president for Banfield Pet Hospital, a privately owned company that is part of the Mars, Incorporated family of companies. There, she excelled as a senior field operations leader, boosting the regional ranks of various markets across the Northwest, Southwest and Midwest territories.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and hospitality management from Florida International University.
Sonali enjoys traveling and exercising outdoors. She is also a foodie who can be found enjoying the culinary delights of Louisiana cuisine.
