Valerie joined Community Care Partners in 2021 as the vice president of clinical services. Under her leadership, her team has set and maintained clinical excellence standards throughout the organization. These standards help to ensure the organization provides quality care and delivers on its purpose to keep people out of the hospital.
Prior to joining Community Care Partners, Valerie spent 23 years working in hospital emergency departments. She started as a staff nurse, transitioned to charge nurse and then became director of the emergency department.
Valerie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, Utah and earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Lane Community College in Eugene, Ore.
Valerie resides in Pleasant Hill, Ore. with her husband, Mark, and son Cooper. She also has a son, Zack, who is proudly serving the U.S. Navy and a daughter, Jordan, who is learning the mortgage and real estate industry. Valerie spends much of her free time supporting Cooper and his love of sports.
