Jack joined Community Care Partners in 2022 as Director of Business Development and was promoted to Vice President in 2024. Jack leads CCPs efforts on new clinic development and partnerships as the company expands into new markets and locations. Jack began his career in investment banking on the sell side of M&A engagements at Lincoln International and entered the private equity sector in 2019 as a senior associate at Geneva Glen Capital in 2019.
Jack is a proud member of the Fighting Irish as he earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame. He and his fiancée, Cecilia, reside in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. Both originally from the western suburbs, they love the city and being close to Wrigley Field and the Cubs. Despite city living, they seek out camping trips, hiking, and skiing.
